Thin, strong and free to take any shape
Glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC, also called GFRC) replaces steel bars with millions of fine glass fibres. Because nothing can rust inside it, a panel only needs to be thick enough for strength, not for cover to the steel. A typical jali panel is 30–35 mm thick, where a cast-in-situ RCC screen would need well over 100 mm.
- Light: less load on the structure and easier, safer fixing at height.
- Durable outdoors: no corrosion, no rot, and it does not burn.
- Any pattern: traditional jaali, geometric, parametric or your own logo.
- Low upkeep: wash it down; repaint only when you want a new colour.
Work you can go and see

What does GRC jali cost?
Standard GRC jali starts at about ₹350 per sq ft supplied. The final rate depends on:
- pattern complexity and whether a new mould is needed;
- thickness (25, 30, 35 or 40 mm) and finish or colour;
- total area, site location and fixing height;
- whether you need supply only or supply with installation.
Minimum order: 1,000 sq ft in Delhi NCR and 1,500 sq ft elsewhere in India.

What our clients say
GRC jali: common questions
What is the full form of GRC?
GRC stands for Glass fibre Reinforced Concrete. It is also called GFRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete). Both names describe the same material: a cement and fine-sand mix reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibres instead of steel bars.
How thick is GRC jali?
Most of our façade jali is 30–35 mm thick. Interior screens can be 25 mm, and large or high-wind panels are made 40 mm or with a steel sub-frame. We confirm thickness after checking panel size and fixing height.
Is GRC jali suitable for exterior elevations?
Yes. GRC does not rust, rot or burn, and it handles Indian heat and monsoon well. It is used outdoors on elevations, boundary walls, staircase shafts and terrace screens.
Do you install, or only supply?
Both. We supply panels anywhere in India and can also fix them with our own installation team, which we recommend for façades above ground floor.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Send a drawing, photo or CAD file. We make a new mould for your pattern, and for larger orders we cast a sample panel for approval first.
