Why GRC
GRC vs plaster and POP cornices outdoors
Plaster and POP cornices are cheap but soak up water, crack and drop pieces outdoors. Cement-sand cornices run on site are heavy and slow. GRC cornices are factory-made, light, weatherproof and consistent along the whole length.
