How GRC arches are installed
A GRC arch is a decorative shell. The structural opening is formed in RCC or brickwork as usual, then the GRC arch pieces are fixed over it with stainless-steel anchors and grout. Large arches are cast in segments with a keystone at the crown, so each piece is easy to lift.

Can GRC arches be fitted to an existing building?
Yes. Arch surrounds are often added to existing openings during a façade makeover.
Are GRC arches structural?
No. They are decorative. The opening needs its own lintel or structural arch behind the GRC.
