GFRC Mould Designer
Design the moulds that every GRC product starts from, turning a client’s drawing into a mould that casts cleanly and repeatably.
What you’ll do
- Design complete moulds independently from client designs and drawings
- Apply mouldability principles: draft angles, parting lines, demoulding and repeat casting
- Develop new jali and ornamental designs in line with current trends
- Work with the production team to improve mould life and casting quality
- Maintain mould drawings and documentation
What we’re looking for
- Any graduate; mould or product design experience preferred
- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD; NX or similar 3D software a plus)
- Clear understanding of mould design for casting
- Problem-solving mindset; ISO documentation knowledge is a plus

We have designed, manufactured and installed GRC since 2012, for clients from homeowners to Taj Palace, NTPC and NPCIL. You’ll work in a small team where your drawings and decisions turn into real buildings you can visit.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, with site visits as needed. Type: full time, permanent.
